If you are attending as a Primary State Member, Primary Plus-One or Plus-Two State Member, NASCA will take care of reserving your villa with the resort based on the information you provide in your registration form. If you need to change your arrival or departure date, you can go into your account on Swoogo (using the password you created) and update this information in your registration form. If you are having any trouble doing so, please email programs@nasca.org. 

If you are attending as a State Member Additional Attendee, you will be reserving your villa yourself. Click the button below to fill out the form. Upon completion, the form will automatically be sent to the resort. The resort will send a follow up email to request payment and confirm your reservation. 

If you are attending as a Corporate Member or Non-Corporate Event Attendee, you will be reserving your villa yourself. Click the button above to fill out the form.
