The Transformational Leadership Development Program (TLDP) is a unique, six-month leadership series that is customized for state government leaders who can benefit from relevant and in-demand operational skill-building that applies to their real-life work through in-person events and cohort activities. The 2023-2024 cohort will meet for their 2nd in-person session during the 2024 ALC in Kiawah Island.
