Will is a Director in the KPMG Procurement and Outsourcing Advisory practice with over 10 years of advisory experience helping clients transform their procurement operations through Source to Pay technology implementations. Will’s expertise includes Source to Pay technology enablement where he guides clients through requirements gathering, business process design, testing, change management, training, deployment, analytics, post production support, and continuous improvement.
Representative client work includes serving as the program manager for a large State Source to Pay transformation in the public sector, led functional design across the source to pay spectrum for multiple clients in the State and Local and Financial services industry, and delivered a tooling asset management and supplier risk implementation for a tier 1 automotive company.
