During all breaks, NASCA's headshot booth will be open in the Sago room (inside the West Beach Conference Center) for you to get an updated headshot. Reserve your 5-minute slot by signing up on the paper outside the room ahead of time. 

During all breaks, the Palmetto room will be reserved specifically for State Members to have 1:1 meetings, take calls, etc. 
During all breaks, the Oleander room will be reserved specifically for Corporate Members to have 1:1 meetings, take calls, etc. 
During all breaks, Carolina rooms 2-3 will be available for all Members as overflow networking space.
