Lara Wigmore Bio:

Lara Wigmore is a Specialist Leader in Deloitte’s Future of Real Estate practice. She brings 20 years of consulting experience at Deloitte and is experienced in analysis of real estate portfolios, campus planning, relocation strategy design and execution, facility management strategies and location strategy and site selection. She has led numerous large scale, complex transformation efforts, including planning and leading a successful headquarters transition for a global technology company’s 10,000+ person campus. Lara led the HQ strategy with the goal of consolidating the campus and implementing workplace strategies to create a dynamic and flexible environment.

Lara has reviewed hundreds of sites in terms of talent and labor availability, real estate and infrastructure, geopolitical and macroeconomic risks, workforce costs, incentives, and numerous other geographically-variable factors. Her location strategy experience includes economic impact assessments and research and analytics to drive effective incentives negotiation outcomes. Throughout her career and education, Lara has had a passion for understanding the economic and social impact of capital investments, and she is the product manager for Deloitte’s social impact measurement innovation, SIMM.

Jessica Coxson Bio:

Jessica is a Senior Manager is Deloitte’s GPS Real Estate Strategy and Sustainability market offering where she brings her extensive experience in architecture, real estate development, and real estate consulting to address the unique challenges facing clients in public sector. Jessica has led numerous complex engagements spanning the real estate lifecycle from strategic portfolio optimization efforts, portfolio management and planning, capital project management and PMO efforts, and hybrid workplace implementations to realize the value and savings potential of real property portfolios. Currently, Jessica leads the implementation of a post-pandemic strategic integrated workforce and real estate project for state government to implement hybrid work, optimize and improve owned assets, and release underutilized leased space.

Prior to joining Deloitte Jessica worked for architecture firms in New York and the DC area supporting new construction and historic preservation projects. Jessica is passionate about the built environment and finding solutions to the many challenges facing it today.
